Whipped cream and masala chai powder for garnishin
Instructions
Take the water in a pot. Open the cardamom pods slightly and add to the water along with the clove. Bring this to a boil
Once it begins to boil a bit add in the tea leaves and sugar. Bring this to a complete rolling boil.
Add in the milk. Let this boil for atleast 4 times. Once it is boiled 4-5 times then pass it through the sieve to collect the masala chai. Let this cool a bit.
Once cooled add the ice-cubes and vanilla ice-cream and blend until smooth. (Do not blend too much or else the frappe will become too thin and wont have enough froth on top).
Let this stand for 5 mins. The froth will collect on top. Pour onto large serving glasses. Spoon the froth on top and finish off with whipped cream and masala chai powder for garnishing.
