Easy and Quick Strawberry Bread recipe

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Whisk yogurt and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add melted butter and mix well.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt directly into the wet ingredients, reserving 1 tablespoon of the dry mixture.
Coat strawberries with the reserved dry mixture to prevent sinking.
Fold the dry ingredients gently into the wet ingredients, then fold in the strawberries. Avoid overmixing.
Transfer batter to the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool
in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Use room temperature ingredients for a smoother batter and even baking.
Do not overmix the batter; mix just until combined to keep the bread soft.
Coating strawberries with a little flour helps prevent them from sinking to the bottom.
Drizzle with a strawberry glaze for a sweeter touch.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to 5 days.
