Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cinnamon powder until smooth and creamy.
Spread the mixture evenly onto a shallow serving dish.
Drizzle a generous layer of caramel sauce over the cream cheese base.
Garnish with chopped nuts, pretzels, and chopped couverture chocolate.
Serve immediately with fresh apple slices or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes before serving for a slightly firmer texture.
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a silky, lump-free texture.
Granny Smith apples pair beautifully with the sweet caramel flavor, but you can use any crisp apple variety.
To prevent apples from browning, toss slices in a bit of lemon juice before serving.
For a make-ahead version, prepare the cream cheese base and refrigerate in an airtight container. Add caramel and toppings just before serving.
Chopped couverture chocolate adds a delightful contrast in texture and flavor — a small but game-changing garnish!
